I seriously think that all people should be required to take a class in high school on different diseases/disabilties/speech problems that might make someone "different" just to get awareness out there...the issue is that people don't know about these problems and that is why discrimination occurs...the percentage of PWS that feel discriminated upon in the workplace is huge...Have any studies been done that compare the salaries of PWS with people who don't stutter with equal qualifications and experience for the same job?
