Hi Tracy: Good question. First, I think that a good fluency shaping program can provide the PWS with some skills that can improve speech in general (and at work). Next, many PWS I know have taken a Toastmasters course which can help reduce their tension around public speaking at work. Those are two things that come immediately to mind. Dr. Marshall Rice
