Hi Laura, Thank you! I'm a member of various online forums. Some of them are Stutt-L, NeurosemanticsOfStuttering(yahoo group), StutteringChat(yahoo group), IndianPWS(yahoo group), Covert-S(yahoo group), Valsalva Stuttering Forum (for some reasons it is non-functional nowadays) and many more. However -- although it may sound a bit cliché – because of time constraints, I'm not that much active on any of them. I do stop by whenever time permits to read posts which interest me, and post occasionally. Incidentally, the origins of this article can be traced back to Stutt-L listserver. It was on this forum that Alan Badmington (he has also presented a paper on this conference ) raised a thread with a similar subject line. I posted a very brief reply to that. It interested Judy Kuster, and she persuaded me to write for this online conference. I must confess I was reluctant at first-- perhaps because I'm inherently shy (working on that!) and am not that keen on sharing “personal stories”:-) But, I finally agreed. With the initial post (on Stutt-L) as a backdrop, I expanded heavily and almost completely re-wrote everything for this online conference. The response so far has been fabulous! I can also be reached via e-mail (prakharsachan<at>gmail<dot>com). Good luck with your graduate studies! Best regards, Prakhar
