Thanks, Michelle! Yes, I have had speech therapy. In regards to speech therapy techniques, I've benefited from phonation exercises, voice modulation exercises, easy onset, my own variant of airflow including abdominal breathing, etc and learning to how to avoid a Vasalva maneveur (Ref: Understanding and Controlling Stuttering – A Valsalva Hypothesis... By William D Parry). With these techniques (and more) as a backdrop, one has to develop his/her own strategy to deal with their stuttering. More than anything else, I started making headways when I started approaching my stuttering from a holistic viewpoint, and as such dealing extensively with the emotional component of stuttering, besides the physical component. The following link has many articles that may hold your interest. http://www.mnsu.edu/comdis/kuster/infoaboutstuttering.html#holistically Hope this helps... Best always! -Prakhar
