I want to tell you I think you are an amazing person for following your dreams no matter how hard or impossible they seemed. Far too often people give up on their dreams with much smaller hurdles and I applaud you for overcoming yours. I am a SLP graduate student at the College of Saint Rose, currently taking a class in fluency and I absolutely love it. I am working with three clients right now who stutter and it is by far the most rewarding and heartfelt work I do. I have two questions for you regarding your struggles to obtain fluency. First I am curious how stuttering as a whole is viewed in India? Do you feel it is looked at more or less tolerantly than in other parts of the world? Second, of course because I'm studying to be an SLP I have to ask if you ever received any formal therapy, or are you now? If so, did/do you find it beneficial? Thank you for sharing your inspirational story. Jennifer Brady
