George, I am a student currently learning about Fluency Disorders. My professors stress how stuttering is very multdimensional, which is a point that you made in your article, and that there is no one etiology. Though there is not one cause of stuttering, do you find that there is one area (i.e. environmental, attitudinal, ect..) that is more prevelent in people who stutter then another? Any information you can provide me with will be very helpful. Amanda
