I agree that there are similarities from subgroup to subgroup, and that there is much that could be learned from one another. I believe that some efforts could be experimented with that enhance sharing, especially at the feeling and belief levels even though the basic dimension for forming a subculture is qujite different for the different groups. It requires communication and trust, and a facilitator who has been trained in counseling
