Hello, Ursulla, I used the process today, as a matter of fact, to resolve a paralyzing writer's block. I use the process whenever I want to know what I am thinking that is contributing to my distress rather than complaining and feeling oppressed! >> Repeated use of this process helps anyone become increasingly responsible for their own circumstances. Using it teaches us how powerful we all are to participate effectively in our own lives. And, therefore, I think the technique empowers us. We become stronger and more confident in using our mind for our own good and the good of others. That leads to being more positive, more energetic, more healthy, and more desirable to be around. It's all good! You might want to consider giving it a try! Smile. Ellen-Marie Silverman
