Greg, great job on this paper. As you know, I hope that your paper is widely read and influences our field for some time to come. What types of studies would you like to see undertaken to begin to tackle some of the issues you have discussed in your paper? In your review of the research, did you see any discussions which discussed the age of onset of people who demonstrated stuttered sign? I am curious if stuttered sign mirrors the development of verbal stuttering? For example, if stuttered sign were found to typically have its onset in early childhood, I wonder if there would be a high rate of spontaneous recovery as is reported with young children who verbally stutter?
