Cindy, Thank you for such a well-written article. Drawing on your own experience for knowledge was very refreshing. Something that really stuck out in your article was what you said about suffering, "Freedom from the condition is not always possible, nor is it always within our control. Freedom from the suffering is possible, however, and is within our control." I have always thought that we do not have the power to change the situation, rather the power to determine how we are going to react and cope with the situation. We make everything what it is. We have the power to change, but most of all we hold the power to accept reality. Thanks again! Ali
