Cindy, thanks for contributing this paper. I enjoyed your analogy of Tushana. The demons, whatever they may be, are always attempting to destroy us or at least hinder us from getting any better. Fortunately, our battles with the demons can be won. I agree with you, we must show that we can overcome our demons if we expect others to do the same.
