Dear Paul, Whew! That's a thought to take your breath away. Unfortunately, you are probably right. I guess we'd need a synonym for "person." Actually, I was taken aback this morning when I read a draft of an ASHA paper of which I am an author with a minor role. The paper uses IWC, IWNC. Can you guess what those mean?
