Dear Tara, Good question. If you'll take a look at my answers to some of the other discussants, you'll see that I have said several times that I don't think we should ask what term to use. I think we should use the term that we know describes the client/person/individual who (for purposes of the discussion) happens to stutter. I choose to use the term, "stutterer." You may choose another term. Ken
