Hello Michael, It was very good to read your experiences. It opened my eyes a little. Because my experience of SLTs (UK) in the early 1970's and earlier was not too good, I changed my world myself. I know this may be impossible for many PWS. It may also be impossible for PWS in all countries to obtain help from SLTs / SLPs. Would you comment on the role of self help groups, with or without the help of SLTs/SLPs? Thanks again for a very good paper. Keith
