Shagunda, Thank you for sharing your thoughtful questionsI feel each stage is addressed by client and clinician in trusted support, treatment and effective communication. Remember the SCM is cyclical in such the client can be addressing "Dtermination" and "Maintenance" by seeking new employment and comfort with his or her speech. Its very important to remember that SCM is to help clinician to be "open" and address client's fears, ambivalence and goals. Good luck in one of the most rewarding field in helping someone to create a new self. Michael
