Dr. Susca, I really enjoyed your article on Organic Therapy. It is insightful and emphasizes a valuable holistic approach to stuttering therapy. As a graduate student and student clinician, I find this metaphor extremely helpful as I think about how to approach therapy -- not only stuttering therapy but many kinds of speech and language therapy. It's a great way of taking a step back and looking at the entire picture, from preparing the soil to harvest time. If both the clinician and client are interested in a fruitful harvest, a productive and beneficial plan can emerge. Thanks for your insights.
