A very unique way of describing the therapy process. The idea of a speech buddy, not just for children but for adults as well, is especially intriguing. I have of course heard of this strategy as part of aphasia therapy, but not with stuttering. Sometimes we forget that adults need support just as much as children do. I like that it also allows those in the PWS’s family and community to be part of the process, which can be just as important to ensure long term success. Thank you for your insights.
