Overall I think this analogy works well. Just a couple questions, What if an SLP has a black thumb, should they then avoid or work to be the best they can, even if it is mediocre How does the buddy system work, does an SLP pair buddies up or do they form naturally. What if a buddy pair doesn't work well, is it then pulled about and "replanted"? If so, is that damaging to a persons selfesteem?
