Thanks Linda for the insightful note. Yes, it’s easy to get comfortable behind familiar walls and yes, it’s important to engage others (which obviously moves the person beyond those walls). It helps to expand the comfort zone. By definition, then, that makes it uncomfortable, so we take baby steps and try to keep it fun. Dale
