Thanks for your good questions. Regarding the families who didn’t attend the program, of course we can’t reach all of them, but I’ll do the best through the ministry of education to reach as much as we can, and make the program in a simple language and easily accessible to teachers and parents, Add to this through mass media we can provide a small continuous doses to PWS or their families. I chose the Valsalva Intervention Technique simply because it is the only program we have it here in Sudan which is being sent to me directly from the Author. Now we have Prof. David Shapiro (USA) ready to come freely 2 times/year to have intensive therapy sessions and train our participants, but still we don’t have the financial support for his ticket and accommodation. But I think after getting the ministry of education involved we can do something in the coming near future.
