Thanks Jennifer for your good comments and helpful efforts you are doing in schools, let me share with you some small lessons learned from dealing with childhood disorders in general, and speech problems in particular; always try to survey, assess and evaluate accurately the real situation infront of you, and then formulate your intervention program. At schools or with children always revise, simplify, and update your intervention programs and share it with key persons in the child's life(if possible let them decide with you the aims of your treatment, and don't start your work unless you and the family members or care providers understand carefully what is going on, and how it can be dealt with), Develop your clinical sense towards your clients. BEST of luck.
