I think your hypothesis are very "on the mark". This gives me a lot of "food for thought". I am especially glad to have received your reply, because I do not think I could have come up with these answers. Since they are new to me, I might arrive at some other questions at a later time.
I am always happy :-) to learn new things/to gather with new evidence for hypothesis.
