I really enjoyed the idea of this story. Using the hippo to illustrate the fluency problem was an excellent way to showing how a block can grow and grow. It was also a great idea to use skateboarding to smooth speech. Many students know what a skateboard is and how it works and this method of getting into smooth speech should be very helpful. Wonderful book!
