Dear Gail,
I was delighted to finally meet you this summer at SID 4. You gave me a copy of this great book. I have already given it away to a family and need to purchase more. I took it back to my room at the SID 4 conference and raved to my roomate about how you had taken so many critically important concepts and distilled them down into a brief, potent, easy to read book. This kind of book is not only valuable for kids, but also for adults. As an SLP, I forget how much I know and how much I assume parents know. Giving away books like yours is a way for me to communicate in plain English.
