I enjoyed reading your article and found it interesting. I was wondering though, what would the effects of using "Headsets" and "hands-free accessories" with phones be? Would the effects mostly be positive since the headsets give freedom and might changes the feel of a typical phone call, or would they be negative since headsets are not the norm and they don't provide something physical "a speaker" to hold on to and talk or wires to play with?
