I am in the throes of job interviews as I am in my last year of college for MIS. I have interviews scheduled with various companies over the next few weeks (IBM, Exxon, Phillips, TXU) that have me in a quandry. I have been telling local employers that I stutter but I'm going through speech therapy at school. Should I continue this venue of telling my interviewers about my speech up front? I can not hide my stuttering, when I first start the interview I'm fine for a few minutes then it usually hits hard and the blocks begin.

How can I convince a "big" employer that my speech doesn't affect my job performance or my drive to succeed.

Do I put a note on my resume stating that I stutter, so they will know before hand or just wait until I'm in the interview and then slam it on them?

Thank you
