I've been through my fair share of job interviews. The most important issue for myself during the interview is my speech, so I mention it before they have to ask. My fluency is not too bad, I'm able to control (hide) my disfluencies using my techniques. If the interviewer has not percieved my stutter, then I say "Did I mention I stutter", and proceed to explain further. I also like to mention that my speech has never been a problem in the past, and there is no reaso why it should in the future. It's also my driving force, making me work harder, being more appreciative, a better person. This helps break the ice and allow the interview to run its normal course.
