Good to hear what a human resources person has to say on this topic. We feel that you are right on track regarding being up front about one's stuttering before the interview. This puts both parties at ease.
We have a slight difference of opinion about the value of making light of the stuttering (re: your reference to humor). Some in our group agree; some don't.
