Susan and Jay-

Hi! What an excellent article! It was very well organized and the accounts of the conventions over the past six years were awesome! I'm a 16-year-old stutterer, and the Chicago convention was my very first one. It was an experience that I can't even begin to explain! Let, me just say that it was incredible! I am so thankful I found out about the NSA so I could finally begin to see that I'm not alone, and to be able to speak freely without worrying about stuttering.

Jay, from your article I could see how you became more confident and more vocal at the conventions each year. I wasn't very vocal at this previous convention, but I feel that in the future, with the support of the many friends at the NSA, I can begin to open up more and more. You're a great role-model for younger stutterers AND adult stutterers too! Great article :)
