Hello Jay! I am a graduate student in communication disorders at Minnesota State University, Mankato. I really enjoyed reading about your experiences at the NSA conventions. It was exciting to see the confidence that you gained each year, and it was fun to hear about the fun things you did on the side:) I can see how you would be a great inspiration and role model to other teens who stutter. I do have a question for you. You noted that you made many gains through your experience in the Successful Stuttering Management Program. What was it about the SSMP that proved to be more valuable to you than the therapy experiences you had had previously? Thank you!
