Thank you for sharing such an inspirational story. I am a first year graduate student in the field of speech language pathology. It gives me great encouragement and excitement when I read stories like yours and think that someday I too could have such a huge impact on someone elses life. Also, it makes me glad that after all of your bad experiences with speech therapists when you were younger, you kept looking for the support you needed and found a clinicin(s) that provided you with the support and guidance you needed.
