Woody: My student clinicians and Dr. Leeper did explain to me why I could be fluent in the clinic and not outside the clinic. It just confirmed what I already thought, but wasn't exactly sure. In the clinical setting I became comfortable, while outside, I was never comfortable, I was always on "edge", and it makes a difference in my speech.

In the work enviroment, I usually try to explain to my co-workers or clients about my speech and hope they understand. With time I become comfortable with them and the stuttering reduces, but is still present with some words/sounds.
