I have a lot of respect for you and your ability to "stick" with therapy after all of the bad experiences you had. I work as a SPL at an elementary school. Do you have some ideas or ways to help students this age practice their speech skills in the real world. I currently have them go into their classroom and teach their classmates a new game or art activity. My students seem to like these activities. I always leave the choice of activities up to my kids. I am always open to new ideas. Thanks for sharing!
