Although, you had a very rough clinical experience in the beginning, I am so glad that eventually you were able to connect with clinicians who were able to help you feel like you had achieved something real in clinic. I must admit that I am even more happy about the fact that those clinicians who helped you achieve this were students because I am a graduate student clinician myself. Sometimes, being a student clinician is hard because there are times when you might feel that you don't really know if you are helping the client or doing encough for them. However, after reading your story and knowing your history with experienced clinicians even though it was a while back, really made a difference to me. Thanks for sharing your story.
