Hi, Andy, We often have clinician's use the same pattern as their client. However, they might also use another pattern. As we have said our program provides for the individual differences of each child, so it is not always the same.

You are right, the test is not paper and pencil. But we regularly involve the client in evaluating if that was "bumpy" or "smooth" speech or a good message or not a good message. This evaluation is an important part of the program and helps the child grow in an internal locus of control. Thanks for your interest. CB
