I can only repeat my earlier comments. My clients did not gain increased self-confidence from wearing the devices. In fact, they lost some because of the feeling of oddity that the device made them feel. They did become more fluent, but they already knew that they were capable of some fluency, as most stutterers are. The real gain was that they saw how much more beneficial therapy was than the devices.
You will need to show me this evidence of a carryover effect. No such evidence has ever been published.
