Anecdotal evidence, because I was not there to see it, leads me to believe that hundreds, probably thousands of people died in the terrorist attacks of September 11, 2001 in New York and Washington. Yet you claim that "Personal stories are the weakest form of evidence." There are no published papers documenting their deaths so, therefore according to your criteria, they did not die.
Try telling that to the families of the hundreds/thousands of victims.
You have already proven your ignorance of the "carryover effect" experienced by many people who have ACTUALLY USED electronic devices. You are now demonstrating your arrogance in saying their experiences did not really happen because you did not read some "techical published paper" about their experiences. (Strange, I've seen their stories told in many sources - not necessarily in some technical papers within your apparently limited range of reading.) Get real!
I suggest that you, and others, move onto other discussions on this forum having greater roots in reality. I am.
