Hi. I loved this paper because I feel this paper is about love. I loved your words about making time for ourselves...coping with moments of silence that put us face to face with reality. As we become brave enough to take the time to look at ourselves, we see things we like and things we don't like. And I believe that as we accept what we see, we also forgive. As we forgive ourselves for our imperfections, we welcome home the parts that we have amputated, as you say, "cut off something we have lived with for many years." Thank you so much for this paper. It validates my own spiritual journey.
