Would you be so kind as to explain, from your perspective, the relationship between "accepting your stuttering" and stuttering modification.

Also, what would you say (as therapist) to someone with a stuttering problem characterized, in part, by a vigorous and explosive stuttering pattern that intimidates those within his immediate vicinity if this person insists he's accepted his stuttering and others can "take it or leave it?"
