First of all, I really enjoyed your article. You are doing great work by informing the public about communication disorders, such as stuttering. You discussed being open with employers about stammering as long as that individual is comfortable. I would like to know what you think about informing interviewers about a potential employee's stammering before versus during the interview. My belief is that too much "warning time" may allow the interviewer to form unfounded prejudices about the individual and may start to make a mental list of reasons why this person should not be hired. I am just curious about your views on this subject.
