It took a long time to be able to talk about stuttering to colleagues and my boss. But once the first obstacle was cleared, it all went much better. Now they even help me with my voluntary work for ISA in China.
What I still think would be a major problem is if I suddenly had the pressure of having to find a new job quickly and for that make a lot of phone calls and inquiries with uncertain results. Unsuccesssful attempts over the long run could bring back anxieties now in the background.
