Hello Stephan,

Yes, your experience of things being much easier at work once you were able to talk with your boss about stammering is an experience that shouls be more common than it is. You're right about getting comfortable with familiarity. When I face future interviews, you can bet I will be taking a good hard look at the BSA brochures I have helped to produce, and following the advice in them on doing some good hard work on interview preparation!
