I am so glad the law prohibits discrimination on the basis of how you speak if you are qualified for the job. I like the idea of telling the interviewer if you stutter. I know how nervous and anxious I have been in interviews, I can only imagine how frustrating it would be to be a person who stutters. I have heard that some employers today are conducting initial interviews through email so that there is less likelihood of any type of discrimination.
