There is some evidence that psychostimulants such as Ritalin can bring out or exacerbate motor tics, but there's nothing I'm aware of that links meds to stuttering. I would note that over medication might have some effect on a child since they would be "over focused." It's an important question though because 90% of kids with the ADHD diagnosis are on meds of some sort.
