Hi Steve. There have been times where Jim has called me up and said, "What the hell are we going to do at this month's meeting?" Sometimes, we just say, "let's just wing it." We have gotten pretty good at this "winging" thing. :-) We sometimes go into a meeting with a lot of structured things planned and it gets blown all to hell in the first half hour. One of the things that we find the most difficult to do sometimes, is to give everyone a chance to talk. Us stuttering folk love to talk, and sometimes we don't shut up. The success of our group has been a combination of stuff: hard work, advertising, a great mix of people, and yes, sometimes just dumb luck. And it also helps that we have the best looking girls of any NSA chapter. Keeps the guys coming back. :-)
