Jim,
We're going to have a Chicken and Alligators part of the workshop in Detroit and I hope to show you how easy it really is. There is really nothing magic about what Lee and I did back in the "olden days." We fooled ourselves for quite a while thinking that we were really good and the topics that we came up with were deeply insightful, but we were wrong on both counts. The magic is in the alligators, not in the chickens. And with the terrific group of people you have there in your chapter, I have no question that we're gonna light a lot of fires up there.
And speaking of fires, I understand that it is SNOWING in parts of Michigan now! Good grief, what have I gotten myself into? But I can't WAIT for this weekend! We're gonna have a blast!
The restaurant thing sounds like a distinct possibility. And even that would be fun!
