Thanks for contributing you article to the conference. I thought it was a unique comparison to look at feeding chickens to alligators and feeding ideas for discussion to NSA members. I think your finding of the "tossing the chicken" is true for any type of group discussion. It doesn't matter who throughs out the idea, it is how the group members run with it. Have any of the "chickens" that you thought would be the best topic of discussion the group has ever had turned out to be a flop? Do you get disappointed when that happens or do you just toss out another idea? Thanks again for you paper and your great topic of discussion ideas!
