Todd, what an excellent illustration of the ability to succeed and communicate, regardless of the stuttering. As a new college grad, I was humilitated by a senior official with the Texas Department of Banking during the interview with his condescension and open criticism of my stuttering. I already had a proven track record of youth leadership but he couldn't get past my stutter. Your example of confidence and performance is the perfect forum of educating others when they see success in action -- particularly in the stressful world of banking and regulation. Congratulations and thanks for sharing your story!

PS. By the way, my earlier bank liquidation days took me into North Dakota for several years where I worked closely with examiners from the Twin Cities. Fantastic people!
