To reflect Dr. Hood's acknowlegement to all the readers and participants in this important aspect of stuttering, we're both grateful for your consideration and regard for this critical subject. For covert stutterers, as well as those who work with coverts or support them, it's important to remain connected. Don't forget the wonderful resources abound to help those who struggle with this unusual phenomenon. Educating ourselves and those whose judgment and critical views "we fear" is the key to overcoming the unnecessary and powerful sense of helplessness that interiorized fear can cause. Good luck!
