Word Final Dysfluencies seems very interesting! Some of the devlopmental cases reported in the study consisted of children with other diagnosed conditions, such as Down's and ADHD. It seems as if it would be very difficult to differentiate "true" word final dysfluencies in the reported cases of developmental onset versus the symptomotology of certain autistic cases in which echolalia is present. Has there been any research in this area?
